Responsibilities:  

• Posting and allocating of payments and clarification of payment differences
• Reconciliation of accounts and discrepancies' clarification
• Answering queries related to collection and cash application process
• Prepare required reports on time (past due, forecast, on request)
• Overdue control and follow-up customers
• Collection activities (communication by emails and phone calls)
• Credit check and order release
• Processing of refunds to customers
• Ensure service is delivered within agreed terms
• Cooperation with stake holders, line Manager and Team members and participation in meeting with them when needed
• Cash review and operational calls participation
• Coordination of internal and external audit review  

Requirements and skills: 

• relevant experience in AR processes in SSC environment over 3 years
• Communicative Level in English (B2)
• SAP knowledge
• Good organizational skills with the ability to organize, prioritize and deliver tasks
• Good MS-Office skills
• Team player
• Adaptability to changing priorities
• Very good communication skills with different parties
• Attention to detail and ability to deliver accurate results
• Proactive attitude will be considered as a strong asset
• Knowledge of VAT polish regulation and split payment mechanism will be a strong asset
