Job Title: Supervisor – North American Energy and Fuel Operations

Holman Fleet and Mobility is seeking a Supervisor – North American Energy and Fuel to lead a passionate team focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences and innovative solutions in fuel and electric vehicle (EV) operations. What You’ll Do:

• Champion Customer Success: Drive the team to meet and exceed customer expectations, aligning goals to deliver world-class service.
• Lead & Develop: Set clear performance expectations, coach team members, and recognize outstanding achievements to build a customer-focused culture.
• Innovate & Collaborate: Partner with the Energy and Fuel Manager to create cutting-edge training programs, scope new product enhancements, and evolve processes in alignment with strategic business priorities.
• Engage with Clients: Work directly with clients to uncover hidden needs related to fuel and EV infrastructure, providing customized solutions to support their goals.
• Support Key Partnerships: Manage relationships with major North American partners, such as WEX, BMO, and AmpUp, ensuring smooth operational integration and service delivery.
• Own Operational Excellence: Oversee metrics, staffing recommendations, and process improvements, all while supporting the seamless operation of Holman’s diverse fuel and energy products.
• Drive Change: Lead multiple concurrent projects, tackling challenges head-on and adapting to the evolving needs of the business and its customers.

What You Bring:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree required; advanced certifications or distinctions a plus.
• Experience: 3-5 years in a leadership role within the energy, fuel, or related industries, with a proven track record of managing remote teams and multiple projects.
• Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence cross-functional teams, interpret customer needs, and deliver solutions that meet business objectives.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in tools like MS Office, Teams, and project management platforms (Monday.com, Mach Form, etc.).
• Problem-Solving Expert: Adept at tackling complex issues, finding solutions, and driving results within a fast-paced, evolving industry.
