1774 PR Internship (m/f/d) 

 

YOUR TASKS

• As a PR Intern, you will play a crucial role in supporting the PR team with various activities related to the showroom. If you have a passion for footwear, exceptional organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail, this is an excellent opportunity for you to gain valuable experience.
• You will be reporting directly to the Senior Public Relations Manager.
• Assist the PR team in the daily management of the showroom, including the timely sending out and return of samples for editorial shoots.
• Coordinate the messenger service to ensure seamless delivery and pick-up of important items, maintain regular communication with the headquarters team to track the delivery of press sample sets, and handle requests for imagery, credits, and lookbooks from PR agencies, editors, and stylists, providing them with prompt and accurate information.
• Support the PR team in the planning and execution of press days and events, ensuring their smooth operation.
• Monitor media coverage across print, digital, and social media channels, collating relevant information for analysis.
• Assist in the preparation of comprehensive reports for headquarters, summarizing PR activities and results.
• Maintain the showroom in an organized and presentable manner, ensuring it is always ready for appointments and meetings.
• Conduct research and document ideas for internal and external events, contributing to the team's creative initiatives.

 

YOUR PROFILE

• Languages: Fluent in English and proficient in French.
• enrolled student at university
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proactive, reliable, responsible, and meticulous with keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in utilizing primary social media platforms and possessing a strategic understanding of their dynamics.
• Self-motivated and eager to learn, with a growth mindset.
• Physical capability to lift and carry samples/boxes for courier logistics.
• Eligible to work in France, with all necessary documentation.
• Immediate availability for a minimum 6-month contract.
• Previous experience in PR and communications, either in-house or within an agency setting.
• Starting date: We are seeking a candidate who can join our team as soon as possible.
