As a Customer Service Supervisor with MidwayUSA you would be responsible for engaging, training, and coaching Employees performing a range of duties within our Customer Service department. Our Supervisors manage key performance measures associated with service levels, quality and cost. Our Customer Service Supervisors must be process-oriented and have demonstrated the ability to lead people in a Customer Service environment.

The schedule for this opening is Sunday-Thursday 8:00AM - 5:00PM

Sample of Specific Duties: 

  • Direct the activities of a team of 15-30 Employees
  • Monitor Employee performance
  • Coach, train, motivate, develop, encourage and engage team members to perform at a high level every day
  • Write professional performance reviews for direct reports
  • Develop training materials, oversee quality control and execute scheduling related processes as needed
  • Evaluate process adherence, repeatability, efficiency, and implement improvements to processes
  • Interview hourly candidates at the department level
  • Conduct disciplinary duties with discretion and integrity

Candidate Requirements: 

  • Bachelor’s degree is preferred, but not required
  • Experience completing CS Level 3 tasks required
  • Must be a current MidwayUSA Employee in good standing
  • Proven effectiveness in managing interpersonal relationships and instructing other Customer Service Representatives
  • Strong written & verbal communication skills
  • A high level of dedication complimented by dependability, an ability to lead by example, and a desire to succeed
  • Excellent analytical, problem solving, and leadership skills
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office and the ability to learn proprietary software applications
  • The ability to work weekend shifts
