Job Summary:

The Communications Manager will focus on creating, managing, and promoting our thought leadership content, including research reports, podcasts, blogs, and videos. This role involves driving our editorial calendar, recruiting and cultivating contributors, and ensuring the effective use of content to engage customers and prospects, ultimately driving sales and customer growth. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Thought Leadership Content Management: Oversee the creation and distribution of high-quality thought leadership content, including research reports, podcasts, blogs, and videos. Close collaboration with Content Strategy Director to ensure thought leadership alignment with marketing, brand, and demand generation campaigns.  
  • Editorial Calendar: Develop and manage an editorial calendar to ensure a consistent flow of engaging content. 
  • Contributor Recruitment: Recruit and cultivate contributors from within and outside the organization to provide diverse and expert perspectives. 
  • Content Scheduling: Plan and manage a content schedule to maximize reach and impact. 
  • Internal Engagement: Collaborate with colleagues to drive the use of thought leadership content in customer and prospect interactions. 
  • Content Promotion: Work with the marketing team to promote content through various channels, including social media, email campaigns, and events. 
  • Analytics and Reporting: Track and analyze the performance of thought leadership content to measure its impact and inform future strategies. 
  • Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our content remains relevant and impactful. 

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • 5+ years of proven experience in managing thought leadership content and/or public relations. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with contributors and stakeholders, from technology experts to c-suite executives.  
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills. 
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills. 
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
  • Experience in a global organization, with a global perspective.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in PR, communications, or marketing.
  • Experience in strategic planning and execution of large-scale campaigns.
  • Proven track record in managing cross-functional teams and leading global initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
  • Familiarity with the tech industry, cybersecurity, banking and/or financial technology are pluses.  
  • Established network within the tech, cybersecurity, or financial technology sectors.
  • Proactive approach to learning and staying updated with industry best practices.
  • Certifications in digital marketing, content marketing, or public relations are a plus.
  • Experience with content management systems (Bynder, Drupal, SharePoint, etc.)

Compensation Range:


The anticipated starting base pay for this position is: $103,064-$151,161 per year (in the primary posting location). Actual compensation will be determined based on geographic location, education, skills and experience. This position is also eligible for the company’s discretionary annual incentive pl
