The Opportunity: 

The Four Seasons Residence Club is looking for a passionate Pool Attendant / Server to join the team! You will be responsible for ensuring guest satisfaction by cordially greeting guests, taking orders, and finalizing beverage service in a professional and friendly manner. The position requires flexible working hours scheduled to work opening, mid, and closing shift coverage based on the hours of operation. The pool attendant will also be trained to become a food and beverage server at the Ocotillo Grill, the poolside restaurant, and rotate the shifts between the pool deck and the restaurant. The regular operating hours are 6:30am - Sunset daily, with the kitchen open from 11am - 4pm. The Residence Club Pool Attendant/Server will get the first opportunity to work weekly/monthly event nights. 

 

Job duties include but are not limited to:  

• Greeting and seating Residence Club owners and guests in the pool area and providing beverage service 

• Learning the knowledge of poolside menu and hourly amenity services 

• Taking, finalizing, and delivering orders to owners and their guests 

• Maximizing beverage sales during each shift, alcoholic and non-alcoholic 

• Upkeeping cleanliness of the pool area, including service stations 

• Supporting Ocotillo Grill server with table bussing 

• Trained to be the Ocotillo Grill food and beverage server for lunch services 

 

Schedule & Hours: 

• Full-time employment with possible overtime based on business demands 

• Ability to provide maximum availability for the 7-day operation 

• Scheduled for an 8-hour shift with 6:30am, 8am, 9:30am, 10am, 11am, 12pm starting times, potential PM shift schedules with Weekly/Monthly event nights. 

• 30-minute lunch breaks

• A person who invests to engage and build rapport with Residence Club owners professionally 

• 1-2 years of food and beverage serving and/or related food and beverage experience is a plus 

• Ability to walk up to 10 hours per day in a desert climate
