The Senior Operative continually improves this job`s activities to meet the customers’ expectations and needs.</p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Job Dimensions</b></p><ul><li>Customer Service Level (Delivery on time)</li><li>Deliver the right items and amounts to the right address</li><li>Cycle count every item minimum once every 12 months</li><li>Stock Accuracy on lot level</li><li>Acting on customer complaints in order to improve the root cause of the issue</li></ul><p></p><p></p><p></p><p><b>Key Activities &amp; Responsibilities</b></p><p></p><p><b>Inbound</b></p><ul><li>Receipt and entry of Stock Items into ERP system.</li><li>Resolve and log discrepancies in deliveries from Suppliers.</li><li>Preform putaway to stock.</li></ul><p><b>Outbound</b></p><ul><li>Preparation and dispatch of customer orders.</li></ul><p><b>Shipping Department</b></p><ul><li>Administration of necessary transportation documents.</li><li>Transport booking of nonstandard orders.</li></ul><p><b>Return</b> <b>Department</b></p><ul><li>Receipt of returned items.</li><li>Quality check incomings returns.</li><li>Process incoming returns to stock.</li><li>Update and maintain return data.</li></ul><p><b>Other activities</b></p><ul><li>Follow the current standard by following the SOP’s and work instructions.</li><li>Continuously improving current standard.</li><li>Actively participate in 5S activities and maintain 5S Standards.</li><li>Actively participate in the cell status board meeting.</li><li>Forwarding item and related documents for product complaints and recalls to the manufacturer.</li><li>Entering non-conforming items to quarantine.</li><li>Expiry date checks.</li><li>Investigate customer complaints.</li><li>Act to appropriately solve upcoming daily issues. Protect our customers.</li><li>Ensure lot traceability on all inventory transactions.</li><li>Perform cycle counting according to agreed procedure</li><li>To act according to company policies and compliance rules to withhold Company Image.</li><li>Actively rotated between workstations to prevent work injuries.</li><li>Keeping the warehouse clean.</li><li>Removing non-conforming product from stock</li><li>Act to resolve daily issues</li><li>Performing stock transfers &amp; transactions</li><li>Opening and closing product complaints and customer complaints</li></ul><p></p><p><b>Your profile</b></p><p></p><p><b>Education</b></p><p></p><ul><li>Swedish and English both oral and written.</li><li>High school or similar.</li><li>Forklift truck training is a plus.</li><li>Adequate IT-knowledge (E.g.
