Principal Recruiter (Remote in Europe)

We’re looking for a Principal Recruiter to help us find the right people for the right roles. As a member of a global team, you will own the front end of the recruiting process across all searches in Europe and in a few cases in the US in a work environment where people from all backgrounds can thrive and grow. 

We are a virtual first company therefore we are looking for someone in the EU and UK time zones, so you’ll have the flexibility to work remotely from the territory of the EU. You'll be reporting to the manager of the People Team, Mariele Weber. 

You will:

• Partner with global teams and lead them through their journey of virtual first hiring
• Be the voice of Prezi towards our candidates and provide a world class candidate experience
• Proactively and creatively pursue candidates via careers page, social media, your network etc.
• Keep the records up to date in our systems
• Drive global recruitment initiatives and lead recruitment related projects

If you have…

• 5+ yrs experience sourcing and recruiting for a SaaS company
• The ability to think on your feet, solve problems and operate in a virtual first environment
• High degree of commitment to excellence
• Motivation / no fear to be an autonomous member of the team - you will own your day/work/time 
• The legal right to work for any employer in the EU without visa sponsorship
