GDIT is seeking an experienced Production Support Analyst to support the production systems for a complex infrastructure on behalf of the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
This role is responsible for the deployments, run time operations, and file management for the production environment.
This role is fully remote!
Responsibilities:
· Support computer operations activities.
· Ensure understanding and compliance with CMS and GDIT security policies and practices.
· Work directly with Developers, QA, DBAs and Systems staff on deployment and research activities.
· Provide environment support to CMS staff.
· Assist developers, DBA’s and Systems personnel with environment changes when migrating from the CMS Data Center to AWS.
· Attend various meetings to ensure expectations are understood and met.
· Set up and maintenance of QIES production jobs and processes.
· Support QIES User Security Administration.
· Support the security team with processes and policies associated with user access to QIES applications.
· Oversee and coordinate deployments to ALPHA, BETA and Production environments.
· Provide support for QIES applications in the ALPHA, BETA and Production environments.
· Mentor team members as necessary.
· Occasional, but minimal non-business hour support required.
Requirements:
· BA/BS degree with 8+ years relevant experience (or equivalent years of experience and/or education)
· Experience with the transfer of files between multiple platforms using FTP and other applications
· Experience with administering and maintaining user database accounts
· Experience and understanding in writing PL/SQL queries
· Experience in running PL/SQL Procedures and Packages
· Working knowledge of Linux operating system
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience supporting the QIES state and national systems a plus
The likely salary range for this position is $72,509 - $78,200. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.Scheduled Weekly Hours:
