Navarro Research and Engineering is recruiting for 2 Project Manager IV positions in Los Alamos, NM.

This position will support the Los Alamos National Laboratory as a Navarro employee in a staff augmentation position.

The Project Manager leads a cross-functional group of Integrated Project Team (IPT) members, assembled to successfully execute a set of project objectives. The Project Manager ensures that the project objectives safely meet the Project Owner’s requirements and are fulfilled within cost and schedule constraints. Has broad expertise or unique knowledge, uses skills to contribute to development of objectives and principles and to achieve goals in creative and effective ways. Develops advanced concepts, techniques, and standards based on professional principles and theories.

Requirements

Education and Experience

• Minimum 20 years of related experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent additional experience.
• Provides planning, direction, and coordination functions of a designated project to ensure contract performance requirements and objectives are accomplished.
• Directs activities of personnel on a specific project.
• Responsible for budget, schedule, and performance.
• Monitors and controls expenditures.
