Minimum Educational Req: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, business or related field or equivalent experience
Years of Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar or related position

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Scrum Master to guide and support our agile teams in
delivering high-value products and solutions. The Scrum Master will serve as a servant leader
and facilitator, ensuring the team embraces agile principles, removes impediments, and
continuously improves. This role is central to fostering collaboration, accountability, and
innovation across our organization.

Essential Functions / Job Responsibilities:
• Facilitate core Scrum events (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
• Partner with the Product Owner to refine and manage the product backlog.
• Coach team members, leaders, and stakeholders on Agile values and practices.
• Identify and remove roadblocks that hinder team progress.
• Track, analyze, and share team performance metrics (velocity, burndown, throughput).
• Promote a culture of transparency, trust, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and leaders to align practices and share learnings.

Technical/Software Required Skills and Experience:
• Experience working with JIRA
Physical Requirements:
The physical demands of this position are representative of those that an employee must meet to perform the essential functions of this job successfully. This position is regularly required to use hands or fingers to handle and feel objects, tools, and controls. The employee may occasionally be required to stand, walk, sit, reach, climb/balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and crawl in confined spaces. The employee may be required to lift between 25 and 50 pounds. Internal and External Interaction:
This position regularly interacts with peers and managers both in and out of the department and their immediate manager. They may interact with peers, customers, and vendors in a large geographical area.
