Seeking a Customer Service Representative for a direct hire opportunity with our client, a top-tier industrial pump repair company in Phoenix, AZ
Job Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative:

- Shift Time: Mon- Friday 8 am to 5 pm
- Pay: $25-30/H based on experience.
Job Responsibilities for Customer Service Representative:
- Responding to customer inquiries regarding company products and services
- Processing customer phone orders
- Checking availability of stock and shipping dates
- Quoting prices, filling order to customer specifications and processing sales data via computer
- Assisting the outside sales team by preparing price quotes and sourcing products
- Shipping and Receiving
- Data entry, entering sale orders, POs, and Invoicing
- 2 plus years’ experience customer service
- Experience with P21, SAP, Infor M3 or Sage.is highly required
- Excellent communication skills
- Should be enthusiastic and able to work independently
- Prior inside sales/customer service experience
- Data entry skills, organization, multi-tasking and customer focus is required
- Drive forklift
