Service Receptionist/Cashier Job Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and courteously upon arrival at the service department
• Answer incoming calls, schedule service appointments, and respond to customer inquiries
• Occasionally processing transactions and cashing out customers.
• Providing support across various departments as needed.
• Communicate with service advisors and technicians to ensure accurate and timely updates for customers

Service Receptionist/Cashier Benefits and Compensation

Pay is starting at $18.00 to $20.00 per hour based on experience.

Service Receptionist/Cashier Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer-facing role (receptionist, cashier, or similar)
• Experience in automotive, service, or dealership environments is preferred.
• Basic math and computer skills (e.g., POS systems, Microsoft Office, or scheduling software)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Friendly, professional demeanor and a customer-focused attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
