The Automotive Repair Center/Store Manager is responsible for building strong customer relationships, providing excellent customer service, and selling recommended services and repairs. Store Managers will greet and consult customers on their needs, while providing value-added recommendations and education on services that will result in long-term cost-savings.

Requirements

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Auto shop/store.
• Oversee and manage a team of service advisors and auto technicians. 
• Perform vehicle walk-around and documentation of customer concerns to enable technicians to properly diagnose and service the vehicle.
• Keep customers informed of completion times, service expenses, and possible changes.
• Follow and promote our high standards of safety, organization, and cleanliness.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Automotive knowledge with at least 2-5 years previous work experience as a Auto Shop/Store manager 
• Career-minded individuals looking to grow within the company.
• Exceptional customer service and team management skills
• Honesty and integrity, with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Team-first mentality
• Valid driver's license
