Job title: Senior Manager D&T Warehousing

As Senior Manager D&T Warehousing, you will be responsible for leading a team of digital experts focused on transforming and optimizing warehousing operations through technology. Your primary domain will be SAP-based warehousing solutions (e.g., SAP EWM, WM), but your scope will also include other relevant warehousing technologies and platforms that support operational excellence, automation, and data-driven decision-making. You will also be part of the management team within the Manufacturing cluster.

 

Your key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a chapter of digital professionals specializing in warehousing technologies, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
• Own the digital warehousing strategy, ensuring alignment with broader supply chain, manufacturing and operations goals, and driving the adoption of scalable, future-ready solutions
• Act as a thought leader in SAP warehousing (EWM, WM, S/4HANA), while also exploring and integrating complementary technologies such as WMS platforms, IoT, robotics, and data analytics tools
• Collaborate cross-functionally with business stakeholders, IT, and operations teams to identify opportunities, define requirements, and deliver impactful digital solutions
• Ensure technical excellence and consistency across projects, promoting best practices in architecture, integration, and lifecycle management of warehousing systems
• Mentor and coach chapter members, supporting their growth and ensuring the team remains at the forefront of digital warehousing capabilities
• Drive innovation by staying abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving business needs in warehousing and logistics

You bring

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Supply Chain, IT, or a related field
• +/- 10 years of experience in domain
• Strong people management skills
• Fluent in English
• Ability to communicate in a clear and effective way to senior stakeholders and all levels in the organization, as well as with external stakeholders
• Demonstrated knowledge of (digital) warehousing solutions and concepts
• Proven experience in this domain, being the link between business strategy and digital
