About the Job
The Senior Project Manager, Hemophilia A Factor Marketing will be responsible for the management of several key marketing programs critical to the success of the Sanofi Rare Blood Disorders Hemophilia A Team, including a highly visible product and priority asset. The successful candidate will develop and manage the tactical execution of branded consumer marketing strategies, including ownership of key personal and non-personal branded and unbranded tactics. This position will report to the Head of Hemophilia A Factor Marketing, US and will be based in Cambridge, MA.

Main Responsibilities:
Support the development and execution of the US commercial strategy for the Hemophilia A Factor portfolio, ALTUVIIIO and ELOCTATE
Lead large brand level initiatives that span across Patient channels inclusive of development, creation, and implementation of branded and unbranded strategy, tactical plan, and materials
Collaborate with the Global Hemophilia A marketing team and cross-functional leaders across the organization to provide support and ensure alignment with US strategy
Lead the development of collateral inclusive of content creation, design, approval process, training, and execution
Partner closely with field teams to gain alignment and to ensure execution of strategy and to provide support, monitor performance, and uncover opportunities and issues in execution
Optimize strategies and tactics based on insights and learnings
Collaborate extensively with marketing, sales force, training department, and other functions to ensure we are achieving key milestones, revenue, market share, and budget targets
Manage external vendor relationships and budgets to ensure effective execution of strategy and tactical plan
About You
Qualifications
Bachelor degree required, MBA preferred
Minimum of 5+ years of progressive experience marketing in pharmaceutical/biotech commercial teams with a minimum of 2 years of experience marketing drugs in the U.S. is required.
Hemophilia or rare disease experience preferred but not required
Demonstrated abilities to prioritize and manage multiple projects, and effectively influence, collaborate, and communicate with internal and external partners
Ability to communicate and work closely with the following business functions to successfully lead initiatives: Patient Services, Market Access, Sales force, Medical, Legal, Regulatory, Business Ops and Multiple agencies
Detail-oriented self-starter capable of owning initiatives from beginning to end and managing several large complex projects simultaneously
Ability to work independently; nimbly developing clear and compelling action plans including prioritization, objective setting, timeline, budget management
Knowledge of the Legal and Regulatory landscape pertaining to pharmaceutical marketing; including Medical/Legal/Regulatory Review Committee process
