In The role as Global People Partner Lead – Region Europe, you are responsible for driving the Elekta People agenda, and for operating as a strategic partner to the Leadership team within the region. This role is required to have the personal impact and credibility to influence key decision-makers to enable future growth.  

Responsibilities 
 

Other responsibilities for this role include: 

• Build trust and ensure a people centric and value-added approach that supports business objectives. 

• Strategically deliver on Succession planning, Strategic workforce review, Talent review and Organizational efficiency  

• Increase the use of meaningful data-driven insights that enables the organization to improve decision making on all things people acting as both coach and consultant across the business to develop and promote a comprehensive people management strategy. 

• Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making at the business line level for alignment of the corporate People strategy with other business strategies. 

• Drive organizational efficiency by ensuring that structure, job design, and competency needs are evaluated and developed in collaboration with centers of excellence (CoE). 

• Anticipate and identify potential leadership gaps.
