Appointment Setter – Medical Services

This is a remote position.

• Monday to Friday (25 hours/week) 9am to 2pm PST

Job Description: You’ll play a crucial role in business development by connecting with potential clients and scheduling important meetings that drive company growth. You’ll be working with warm leads and targeting executive-level decision-makers, contributing directly to the company’s expansion in the medical billing industry.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to qualified leads using the company’s integrated CRM platform
• Target executive-level contacts at healthcare organizations and related businesses
• Present services professionally and schedule meetings with interested prospects
• Document call outcomes and lead dispositions accurately within the CRM system
• Handle objections and rejection with professionalism while maintaining positive attitude
• Notify management immediately when prospects express genuine interest in meetings
• Navigate target account lists efficiently and maintain organized call records
• Follow established scripts and processes while adapting to individual prospect needs

Requirements:

• Excellent verbal communication skills and professional phone presence
• Resilience and ability to handle rejection while staying motivated
• Basic computer skills and comfort navigating CRM systems
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail when documenting calls
• Self-motivated work style with ability to work independently during flexible hours
