We are looking for a Digital Engagement and Events Worker

- Job title- Digital Engagement and Events worker (Apprenticeship)
- Location- Based at Marsh Lane, Preston
- Salary- Foundation Living Wage £12.60 per hr while gaining work experience and until start of Youth Work Apprenticeship. Once started apprenticeship this will change to Grade 4, £24,404-£25,183
- Hours- 37
- Contract type- 3 year apprenticeship
- NB: Please note there will be after a probationary period. Post holder will be able to progress on to the apprenticeship once the probation period has been successfully completed by the post holder. This will be discussed during interview process.

What you'll be doing:
- Create fun and engaging posts, stories, and reels for FYP (Instagram)
- Help plan and attend events for care leavers and children in care
- Gather feedback and share the voices of young people
- Represent Lancashire at national forums and bring back fresh ideas
- Work with social workers, personal advisers, and other care-experienced young people
- Promote the Care Leavers Local Offer and young people’s rights
