Product Expert, Clincal

About the role

You will be accountable for the clinical and biostatistics technology ecosystem, including but not limited to business and technical analysis, backlog management, agile delivery model and methodology, operational performance, enhancements, removing blockers, working collaboratively and adaptively to constantly meet the needs of their customers and deliver value to Haleon.

Responsibilities

•    Work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements. Translate these requirements into user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria.
•    Serve as the main point of contact between business stakeholders and the tech team. Communicate project status, risks, and issues effectively. 
•    Maintain detailed documentation of business processes, requirements, and project progress. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and accessible to relevant teams.
•    Ensuring all Clinical Systems supporting the business align with internal security, risk management policies, and practices, per ITMS guidelines.
•    Actively participate in Agile ceremonies. Ensure the product backlog is well-defined, prioritized, and aligned with the overall project goals.  Identify opportunities for process improvement, and propose and implement changes to enhance efficiency and product quality.

Requirements

•    Expert knowledge and experience of products in the Clinical space especially Veeva Vault Clinical Suit
•    Experience as a Business Analyst
•    Experience working within Agile delivery methodology with an understanding of the system development lifecycle
•    Presentation skills to be able to deliver immersive readouts on the value benefits of technology designs
