About the Role:
The Principal Security Solutions Architect (PSSA) will provide technical expertise and leadership with various security technologies, frameworks, and industry best practices. This position will report to the Director, Security Strategy and support the Enterprise Account Teams during sales calls, campaigns, and other client activities. The PSSA will participate in technical presentations to provide a holistic view of the overall security technologies and architecture being presented to customers.
In addition, the PSA will maintain a productive relationship with Trace3's Security Business Unit and Practice with open and continuous collaboration. They will be responsible for conducting or supporting Security initiatives such as Proof of Concepts, Product Evaluations and Scoring, and Recommendations and actively sharing new information with the Security Business Unit. The PSSA will also be responsible for understanding emerging security trends, technologies, and techniques to assist enterprise clients with their strategic security initiatives.
What You’ll Do:
- Provide a blend of technical expertise, strategic thinking, and client management skills to be a bridge between technology and business security challenges.
- Instill confidence, demonstrate expertise, and navigate political landscapes within client organizations by providing lead pre-sales support for Security Technologies.
- Build and maintain trust with key technical decision-makers or influencers with consistent communication beyond advising.
- Maintain industry expertise and develop industry relationships, along with technical or relevant business security certifications.
- Develop and align cybersecurity strategies and industry best practices with client business goals.
- Interface with external Security Sales and Engineering Teams, as well as internal Trace3 Security Business Unit Security Teams to develop solutions.
- Perform Proof of Concepts/Proof of Values.
- Develop Bills of Material (BOM)/proposals and provide recommendations.
- Provide pipeline tracking for opportunities.
- Assist in the review of designs with various manufacturers where Security Technologies are integrated.
- Support and provide expert input into a Statement of Work (SOW) or technical scope of a large SOW.
- Providing inputs and accurate services Level of Effort (LOE) scoping.
- Maintain core partner and other vendor programs or certifications needed to support Security products.
