Duties:
Position will assist with functional ERP HR and Payroll Implementation; provides consulting services for System Implementation; ensure the functional and technical designs support project objectives; ensure the consistent execution of Infor Deployment Method process; understand and adhere to deployment methods and procedures to utilize established standards on all project documentation; work on transforming and implementing the full project life cycle; conduct requirements analysis, process design, and blueprint documentation; configure and implement GHR Benefits, and Absences applications, along with S3 Payroll for clients from various industries; assist clients in planning, selection, testing, and analysis for payroll processing; provide Blueprint workshops to train the team in capturing the business requirements as they translate to software & technology; and, manage end-to-end design and configuration on GHR and S3 for unit testing, and provide support post-go-live. Domestic (U.S.) travel is required up to 50%; Telecommuting permitted up to 100%.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field; and five (5) years of progressive related post-baccalaureate work experience in the job offered, or in a Consultant, Principal - related occupation. Alternatively, employer will accept a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field; and two (2) years of post-baccalaureate work experience in the job offered, or in a Consultant, Principal - related occupation.
