In order to realize our vision, we are looking for a Market Research Specialist to strengthen our Primary Market Research team in Athens.

As a Sr Analyst Market Research within the Consulting & Services team, the candidate will be involved in development and delivery of quantitative market research projects in the Life Science industry, by:

• Managing all steps of market research project (design and development of questionnaires and moderator guides to ensure the necessary data is captured, become responsible for PM activities, assist senior members of the team in clients’ meetings, create deliverables to be sent to clients)
• Communicating with clients to understand and document the business objectives
• Formulating analysis plans and acquiring client sign-off
• Designing, structuring and delivering client reports and presentations containing actionable recommendations
• Building presentations based on numbers
• Understanding numbers and extracting insights from them
• Formulating insights based on market data and information

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years of experience in Market Research/Consulting organizations
• Genuine interest in market research
• Passionate curiosity on market dynamics and the reason why behind them
• Strong analytic and critical thinking skills
• Eye for detail
• Exceptional written, oral, and presentation communication abilities
• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Life Sciences or Social Sciences
• Expertise with Excel, PowerPoint, and statistical tools (Pyhton, R)
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken)
• Team player
• Able to work under pressure
