JOB SUMMARY: Assist with master scheduling and student placement using district-wide application data while coordinating placement communications and waitlist management. Manage student records, grades, course registrations, and confidential databases for all Cherry Creek Pathways students. Coordinate personnel arrangements including hiring, substitute management, and administrative support for campus leadership. Support concurrent enrollment programs by managing schedules, processing applications, and serving as liaison with community college partners. Develop marketing campaigns, manage online presence, and coordinate recruitment events to grow program enrollment and community engagement.

Manage grades, Cherry Creek Pathways indicator, and building registration for all Cherry Creek Pathways students. Design an annual Cherry Creek Pathways course guide. Coordinate course description updates for CTE program approvals and manage course codes for Cherry Creek Pathways/CTE. Maintain files, databases, and records which may contain confidential student information.

Manage and oversee arrangements for personnel, including but not limited to, hiring, timecards, substitutes, including the use of the automated substitute system, report verification, and training on system use. Provide administrative support to campus administration as needed.

Assist with master schedule and acceptance/placement of students using multiple data points from 2000+ district-wide applications. Coordinate placement and waitlist communication for Cherry Creek Pathways students.

Support concurrent/dual enrollment at Cherry Creek Pathways: create rosters, manage master CE/DE schedule, assist with student applications, process student agreements, and serve as liaison with multiple partnering community colleges. Create marketing and recruitment campaigns for CE/DE at Cherry Creek Pathways. Communicate with districtwide high school registrars and administration regarding placements, schedules, transportation, student grades, and programs. Daily 10%5.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with districtwide high school staff and CTE colleagues, ensuring collective and collaborative support for the Cherry Creek Pathways mission and vision. Daily 5%6.
Manage the Cherry Creek Pathways online presence, including online content and image management and the development of strategies to share important information and showcase the Cherry Creek Pathways brand. Coordinate Blackboard Connect communication, including drafted content and targeted contact lists. Create districtwide Cherry Creek Pathways marketing and communication, including print materials, social media campaigns and quarterly newsletter for the Cherry Creek Pathways community and stakeholders. Submit content to district communications. Assist with ongoing development of Cherry Creek Pathways application, reports, surveys, and communication within the Salesforce & Marketing Cloud Engagement platforms.<Apply for this role
