This position is for Program Leadership of the Electrical, Electronic, Electromechanical and Electro-Optical (EEEE) Team and is part of the Sentinel Parts, Materials & Processes (PM&P) Engineering organization and is located in one of the following locations: Roy, UT; Manhattan Beach, CA or; Huntsville, AL.
If the selected candidate resides at the Roy, UT location there is minimal travel to other locations; however, if the selected candidate resides in any of the other locations, travel can be required for up to 50% of their time.

The Senior Manager 3 will support the Sentinel program. Northrop Grumman supports the Air Force’s sustainment, development, production and deployment of hardware and system modifications for Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) Ground and Airborne Launch Control Systems, Launch Facilities and associated infrastructure.
What You’ll Get To Do:
This PM&P Program Facing Senior Manager role is responsible for the PM&P Electrical, Electronic, Electromechanical and Electro-Optical (EEEE) organization responsible for product EEEE parts, materials, and process engineering/management across the Sentinel Program supporting all Segments. The applicant successful candidate will have experience in program level leadership, in the EEEE parts selection processes, materials, and the electrical/electronic product assembly design processes. and will rely on a team of experts with a strong background in the PM&P disciplines. Familiarity with the integration and test of missiles is also desired.
In addition to their technical qualifications, the PM&P EEEE Sr. Manager must possess excellent communication skills as they will be the primary PM&P interface with multiple subcontractors as well as with program management and government customers. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in leading program technical teams on complex and large integration programs. As responsibilities span across a diverse set of stakeholders, this leader will be expected to collaborate effectively and partner across organizations while ensuring day to day functions of the organization assigned to execute mission objectives. This leadership position includes oversight of other managers that are responsible for task management of individual contributors.
This position includes Control Account Manager (CAM) responsibilities including for schedule management, labor forecasting, risk management and performance management. Experience in these business areas are desirable but training will also be available to grow these skills. Proven Earned Value Management (EVM) experience and the ability to assess program issues and develop resolutions. The PM&P Sr. Manager must be able to develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving.
