Job Summary

The Property Management team is responsible for the professional management of on-campus student housing properties. Ensures that customers contacting the office, either by phone, email or in person, receive the best service possible. This position will require attention to detail and a strong work ethic.  

Primary Responsibilities

  • Provides customer service in person, by email or phone, greets visitors, and resolves routine questions or issues following established procedures and guidelines

  • Organizes schedules and confirms appointments 

  • Strategically manages team assignments by maintaining calendars for property inspections 

  • Ensures residents are aware of property notices through university communications or social media 

  • Develop and implement educational campaigns encouraging residents to maintain housing standards

  • Maintains inventory of supplies and equipment 

  • Files documents in appropriate folders or performs data entry tasks 

  • Uses office machines such as copiers, scanners, and desktop computers 

  • Attends weekly training meetings 

  • Performs other duties as assigned 

Job performance will determine continued employment for the following semester. 

Requirements

  • Strong customer service and communications skills. Work well with others 

  • Able to communicate well in English 

  • Highly self-motivated, organizational skills, and task oriented 

  • Responsible and trustworthy 

  • Adherence to established Front Desk dress code and expectations is required 

  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, Work, Outlook, etc. 

  • Able to properly use a computer, phone, copy machine 

  • Able to work 19 hours Monday through Friday between 8 am and 8 pm. Some after-work hours may be required 

  • Prior office skills/experience preferred 

  • Prior customer service, or hospitality experience is preferred 

Base Rate Per Hour:

14.00
