Why We Need You:As mabl focuses on scaling its GoToMarket Organization, we are seeking a passionate and inspired Web Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. In this role, you are responsible for the ongoing strategy, operations, and maintenance of our website. What You'll Do:

  • Define, monitor, and optimize our website efficiency KPIs, with focus on engagement, sales and lifetime value. Communicate progress and results through meaningful reporting.
  • Own the end-to-end website optimization roadmap, including prioritization, requirements gathering, and implementation.
  • Understand the marketing channels driving site traffic and work with the marketing team to develop the shortest paths to conversion.
  • Evolve and manage the operations of critical areas of our website, such as landing pages, homepage updates, blog, in partnership with Go-to-Market teams. Ensure that site pages are updated as needed.
  • Help improve self-service capabilities for website management and enable marketing teams to create dynamic and personalized marketing journeys and experiences.
  • Ensure that the website is properly coded for digital campaign attribution and tag management.
  • Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to ensure our brand message echoes coherently across every communication channel.
  • Manage our visual assets – logos, images, and design elements – to create an effective, distinct and memorable digital presence across all platforms for our employee brand to paint a consistent brand picture.
  • Be a catalyst in brainstorming sessions, driving inventive ideas for brand engagement and promotion.

About You:

  • 3+ years in Site Management/Optimization
  • Extensive knowledge of website management and optimization tools (Hubspot CMS, AB testing, Google Analytics, etc)
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
  • Demonstrated experience with website design and UX
  • Experience with process mapping and process improvements
  • A passion for improving customer experience and happiness
  • A track record of successfully drafting and executing plans and programs
  • Ability to handle ambiguity, adapt to change, and solve problems
  • Rigor for influencing decision-makers and owners through thoughtful and deliberate consensus-building, led by data analysis and best practices
  • Outstanding communication skills
  • Strong analytic, strategic, and innovative thinking as well as customer empathy
  • Effective project management skills
  • BA or comparable work experience
  • Nice to haves: Adobe Creative Cloud/Photoshop
  • Bonus if you have digital operations and/or demand skills, as well as technical content and writing skills
