In this role you will:

 

 

  • Support the consultant and producer team in supporting our clients.
  • Facility the collection of data, data entry, and execute the process to complete client benchmark reports.
  • Review and compare plan documents for compliance and accuracy, ensuring benefits are accurately reflected and information is included where appropriate. Collect all party signatures and ensure all final documents are distributed and saved as appropriate.
  • Assist with developing and executing communication strategies for client open enrollments. This would include creating and updating benefit guides, creating benefit videos and printing benefit materials.
  • Pull and provide monthly reports to consultants to assist on current and future client renewals.
  • On a monthly basis, collect and distribute documents, compensation statements and legal notices to clients.
  • Maintain weekly and monthly workflow calendars to prioritize multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fact finding and troubleshooting client issues.
  • Responsible for maintaining the internal benefit client database system and carrier contacts.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, creating, and running reports, reconciling invoices, mailing client packages, requesting various documents from carriers including renewals, gathering signatures from various parties on plan contracts, and more.
  • Organize and maintain House Account renewals.
  • File documents and emails on behalf of the consultants.
  • Assist with projects and mailings upon request.

 

You Have:

  • High School Diploma
  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferred
  • Life & Health insurance license, or the ability to obtain one within 90 days, required
  • Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PDF
  • Must be able to work independently with little guidance 
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Experience creating PowerPoint presentations
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Extremely organized
  • Must be deadline driven
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Benefits experience is a plus
