This role will be fully remote through August 2025 with the expectation that employees will begin working 2 days per week in our dedicated office space in downtown Philadelphia starting September 2025. 

About the Role

The Associate Partner Manager, Delivery is responsible for assisting in the rollout and maintenance
of our delivery program for IKEA locations across the US. This involves traveling to IKEA retail
locations across the US to engage directly with management and key stakeholders. Additionally,
this person is responsible for executing a playbook for scalable and efficient roll out plans to meet
the rapid expansion goals for the program.

The ideal candidate is passionate about Taskrabbit and the sharing economy, has experience in
influencing partners and has a data-driven and collaborative approach in achieving results.

What You’ll Work On

  • Work with IKEA coworkers to launch our delivery service offering to stores nationwide.
  • Execute on a defined process playbook to drive volume and revenue
  • Collaborate with a small team while assisting in expansion-related initiatives.
  • Partner with IKEA and internal teams, frequently traveling to IKEA stores throughout the US
    to engage directly with management and key stakeholders.

Your Areas of Expertise

  • 2+ years of experience in a similar role, involving nationwide program rollouts and
    partnership with retail stakeholders.
  • Proven experience in building positive and productive relationships with diverse
    stakeholders.
  • Track record of launching new products or services successfully.
  • Strong project management and partner management skills.
  • Comfortable with implementing scalable processes.
  • Data-driven mindset to identify and act upon efficiency opportunities.
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively convey ideas and requirements.
  • Highly organized with the ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to identify efficiency opportunities and take initiative to implement improvements.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for in-person collaboration

Compensation & Benefits: 

At Taskrabbit, our approach to compensation is designed to be competitive, transparent and equitable.  total compensation consists of base hourly rate + bonus + benefits + perks.

The base salary range for this position is $39,015 - $54,251. This range is representative of base pay only, and does not include any other total cash compensation amounts, such as company bonus or benefits. Final offer amounts may vary from the amounts listed above, and will be determined by factors including, but not limited to, relevant experience, qualifications, geography, and level.
