We encourage diversity and are an international team coming from 26 different countries and speaking 25 different languages.</p> <p> </p></div><p><strong>About the Role:</strong></p> <p>As a <strong>Senior Product Manager</strong> your job is to help us make equity work for our customers. Your primary focus will be on building comprehensive reporting and analytics solutions that automate complex financial processes and compliance requirements across our three core reporting pillars: <strong>Financial, Compliance, and Operational reporting</strong>.</p> <p><strong>At Ledgy you will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop a deep understanding of the equity management market as well as our customers, their pains and jobs-to-be-done. Over time, become a subject matter expert for equity reporting and act as point of contact for internal and external stakeholders</li> <li>Systematically analyze qualitative customer feedback, quantitative usage data and product gaps in collaboration with Design, Engineering and customer-facing business partners</li> <li>Collaborate with product leadership on the vision and strategy of our reporting and analytics pillar</li> <li>Define, plan, and execute a roadmap to bring Ledgy's financial reporting (IFRS 2, FRS 102, ASC 718), tax reporting and operational reporting to the next level</li> <li>Align your team around strategic goals, relevant KPIs, and track success metrics for measuring impact</li> <li>Break down complex problems and write clear documentation in collaboration with Design, Engineering, financial reporting experts, and product leadership</li> <li>Manage product delivery in an agile setting and support your team in all sprint activities</li> <li
