As a Community Advisor at RAMPxchange, you will play a pivotal role in driving platform growth, enhancing client satisfaction, and fostering an engaged community. This is a position designed for individuals passionate about cybersecurity, community-building, and creating meaningful connections. 

You will serve as a guide for new members, manage the affiliate program, and support the onboarding process—ensuring that every member feels welcomed, informed, and empowered to maximize their experience in RAMPxchange.

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding Support: Support the RAMPxchange Engagement Advisors in the onboarding processes of new members, including registration, training, demonstrations, and the approval/denial of memberships.  
  • Community Advocate: Build strong relationships with RAMPxchange members, encouraging active participation, collaboration, and monitoring of activities and deliverables.  
  • Affiliate Manager: Work with the Engagement Advisor Director to establish, facilitate, and support the affiliate program.  
  • Provider Verification: Facilitate the review of providers within the platform both pre and post registration working alongside other members of the RAMPxchange team. 
  • Resource Facilitation: Serve as a resource to connect members with trusted providers, verified services, and relevant cybersecurity content. 
  • Feedback Loop: Gather user feedback to identify trends, suggest improvements, and contribute to enhancing the overall user experience. 

Qualifications

  • Experience: 
  • Bachelor's degree.  
  • 0-3 years of sales, customers service, account management, hospitality or other advisory related roles.  
  • Experience developing and maintaining relationships at all levels of an organization. 
  • Attributes: 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a curiosity to uncover needs. 
  • Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work with a team. 
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
  • Driven by the challenge of continuous learning. 
  • Passionate for community-building and networking. 
  • Skills: 
  • Familiarity with CRM software practices. 
  • Excellent written and oral communication. 
  • Focus on prioritization and time management.
