Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls and follow-ups to designated businesses or partners to introduce programs and confirm participation details.
• Build rapport and trust while maintaining a professional and friendly tone.
• Gather, verify, and record key information accurately in internal systems.
• Identify discussion points such as participation readiness, service capabilities, or business terms, and route escalations to the management team as needed.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, communication, and reporting.
• Recommend process improvements that enhance outreach efficiency or partner satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Associate degree preferred (majors in Business, Communications, Marketing, Psychology, Sociology, or related fields).
• Prior experience in outbound calling, fundraising, sales, or customer engagement preferred but not required.
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organization, follow-through, and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn quickly and operate confidently in structured processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office or Google Workspace; CRM experience a plus.
