Associate, Sales Operations - (Open to remote)

Seeking an Associate to join our Premium Literacy Sales team, supporting the Senior Manager of Operations with the team’s primary and other high-touch accounts and daily processes. The Associate would play an active role in ensuring sales operations are managed and executed efficiently. Works cross-divisionally and with multiple corporate teams.
Responsibilities:
- Support the daily functions of the Premium Literacy Sales Operations team with primary and other key Account maintenance and executing procedures for departmental tasks
- Collaborate with Premium Literacy Sales Reps to provide solutions-driven support their account needs
- Annual program planning for Key Accounts, primarily for multi-million dollar exclusive business
- Oversee end-to-end project management for 200+ unique ISBNs
- Build out P&Ls for divisional financial review and approval
- Custom edition creation, from new ISBN setup through design, production, printing, and logistics.
- Proprietary shipment tracking (overseas and domestic)
- Liaising extensively with a variety of PRH departments, including with Production, Managing Editorial, Inventory, warehouse management, Customer Service, and Transportation
- Generate reports using proprietary systems tools
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
- 2+ years project management experience
- Methodical problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to prioritize and manage tasks from multiple points of contact
- Take initiative to identify and adapt to challenges and find answers / create solutions
- Organized and detail oriented
- PC Proficiency to include Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Knowledge of SAP a plus
The salary range for this position is $53,000. All positions are currently eligible for annual profit award or bonus subject to company results.
