The Human Resources Business Partner will support operations by focusing on recruiting, performance management and training coordination. This role will consult with venue hiring managers to promote Triple Shift Entertainments brand through recruitment initiatives and events, responsible for setting up any recruiting access needs for hiring managers and will be the main person responsible for sourcing, attracting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding employees for the company.
Pay Range: $68,000 - $85,000 Annually
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement recruiting strategies to meet current or anticipated staffing needs.
- Partner with VP of HR and marketing to create and implement the social recruiting strategy. Keep materials and strategy updated.
- Review employment applications and job orders to match applicants with job requirements.
- Interview job applicants to obtain information on work history, training, education, or job skills to assure that the candidate is a cultural and skills match for the organization.
- Inform job applicants of details such as duties and responsibilities, compensation, benefits, schedules, working conditions, or promotion opportunities.
- Contact job applicants to inform them of the status of their applications.
- Conduct reference or background checks on job applicants.
- Perform searches for qualified job candidates, using sources such as networking, Internet recruiting resources, media advertisements, job fairs, recruiting firms, or employee referrals.
- Ensures the maintenance of accurate position descriptions for all positions and consults VP Of Human Resources on all changes or new position descriptions as needed.
- Design and keep updated the employee 30-60-90-day onboarding process within venues and support services.
- Manage and track training status and completion.
- Stay current with knowledge of employment law and assure that the company’s process and procedures follow current employment law.
- Assist in handling employee relations matters, including employee complaints, grievances, and conflict resolution, in collaboration with VP of Human Resources.
- Drive the performance and compensation process within their designated districts.
- Drive exceptional customer service by supporting the business in their HR needs.
- Courage to embrace other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Three to five years of experience in a talent acquisition or Human Resources Business Partner role.
- Three to five years' experience working with teams on employee relations and performance management.
- Excellence with strong interpersonal and communication skills through Respect
- Excellent time management and the ability to prioritize tasks.
- Own It by exhibiting knowledge of applicant tracking and onboarding systems
- Use your Spirit to be able to be motivational and positive.
- Strong experience with Microsoft Office.
