Your team

UBS Asset Management, Real Estate & Private Markets provides a comprehensive range of real estate investment advisory services in a variety of direct investment structures and commingled vehicles. The firm operates through its primary legal entity, UBS Realty Investors LLC (“UBS Realty”). As of June 30, 2024, 23.3 billion AUM with over 140 employees on behalf of over 600 clients, in core, core-plus, value-added and participating mortgage strategies. These strategies are implemented through open-end, closed-end, and individual discretionary client vehicles and a handful of non-discretionary accounts.

Your expertise

•7 plus Years of direct real estate experience with increasing scope of responsibility
•oral and Written communication skills
•proficient in MS Office products – PowerPoint, Word and Excel
•team Building - ability to develop good working relationships across the organization
•effective Time Management/Organizational skills.
•degree in Real Estate, Business or related field.
•series 7 and Series 66 designations or willingness to obtain within agreed upon timeline

Salary information

US Only: The expected salary range for this role is $150000 to $190000 based on factors including, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, education, location and skill level. Please see «Your role» section for detailed salary information.
