The Lead Cleaner is responsible for giving direction, motivation, and guidance to a team of cleaners.

      Position Summary Details Lead oversees the activities within the assigned operational services work team, ensuring productivity levels and customer service requirements are being met and that employees are complying with all safety, quality, and compliance standards established by the company, and by clients. 
  Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction to team members
• relay communication between team members, client, customers and management
• Report performance issues to the Supervisor
• Assist with the training of cleaning team
• Coordinate work assignments 
• Oversee and perform cleaning operations in assigned areas.
• Ensure OSHA and safety regulations always adhered to.
• Report work orders for maintenance.
• Work with Manager to schedule jobs with cleaning crew to complete the work.
• Oversees quality of jobs and confirms completion with Manager.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older. 
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment/ various climates
• Job Training provided
• No HS diploma, GED or college degree required

  Preferred Qualifications 

• Handy man, mechanical experience 
• Customer Service Experience 
• One year of similar work experience
• Bilingual English and Spanish Preferred
