Introduction
Internal communications for The MROLab regarding sustainability within E&M. Keeping the content up-to-date and producing new content where necessary. Are you passionate about sustainability and would you like to play a role in communicating the progress within aviation? This might be the job for you!
What are you going to do?
Internal communications within KLM Engineering & Maintenance. Main focuses are content creation and content management. Further assistance with communications support, internal and external. Sustainability is an important topic for us all, including KLM. Keeping our people up-to-date of our progress is important to us. This can be through various media, including articles and infographics. If you are up for it, other possibilities are always an option! Do you think the message would be best conveyed through video? You will have a lot of creative freedom, which will come with a lot of responsibility. We want to make sustainability as engaging as possible!
The work can range from informing our mechanics about new developments to creating vlogs in order to promote events.
Where are you going to land?
You will be working at The MRO (Maintenance, Repair and Overhaul) Lab, part of the Improvement Team at KLM Engineering & Maintenance. We are concerned with innovation, sustainability and other improvement projects within KLM E&M. You will be working on communicating sustainability with our project managers.

- HBO student
- Writing and an eye for content management (visual creativity is a plus!)
- 3rd year internship
- Journalism / Communications / Marketing & Media
