  • Establish a program management office to effectively manage the Global Corporate Real Estate COE.
  • Ensure that COE associates and dedicated and matrixed resources devote the necessary time and attention for the COE to effectively carry out its responsibilities.
  • Lead a team of subject matter experts in developing strategies, roadmaps, execution plans, and deliver results, all with the aim of elevating CRE and facilities’ best practices and increasing overall organizational maturity.
  • Collaborate with, listen to, influence, and serve a broad network of stakeholders and business unit leaders.
  • Develop and maintain an integrated roadmap, across all global regions, for tools, templates, frameworks, process, and technology.
  • Introduce industry best practices, technologies, and new ideas; modeling and implementing them with fit-for-purpose plans.
  • Develop standardized procedures and methods to improve and continuously monitor the efficiency and effectiveness of the Center of Excellence, service delivery methods, and procedures; assess and monitor workload, administrative and support systems; identify opportunities for improvement and make recommendations, learn, and apply emerging technologies and, as necessary, perform duties in an efficient, organized, and timely manner.
  • Create, own, and execute the Global PMO and COE strategic plan.
  • Prepare, review, and present staff reports, various management and information updates, and report on special projects as assigned.
  • Monitor changes in laws, regulations, and technology that may affect CRE and facilities operations; implement policy and procedural changes as required.
  • Demonstrate experience in continuous improvement initiatives, root cause analysis and process mapping and redesign.

Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor of Arts or Science degree in a field related or pertinent to Center of Excellence Management (business management, facilities management, engineering, leadership, etc.) but a Master of Arts or Science is preferred. Certification in project management, performance management, etc. will be favorably viewed.
  • Minimum of fifteen (15) years of COE related experience showing progressive growth in depth of experience and responsibility.
  • A track record that demonstrates successfully collaborating with multiple stakeholders and leading a multi-disciplinary center of excellence team.
  • Ability to manage tight deadlines.
  • Skilled with identifying clear and actionable goals, establish priorities and achieve measurable results.
  • Comfortable in a dynamic environment and willing to adjust priority as advised by leadership and business requirements.
  • Self-motivated individual that demonstrates initiative with proven flexibility, adaptability, and reliability.
  • Ability to define and execute an impactful vision and strategy.
  • Must have ability to be tactful yet assertive. Ability to educate and achieve consensus.
  • Highly organized and detail oriented with a structured/analytical approach to problem solving.
  • Must be comfortable with ambiguity and change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven ability to work with senior management.
  • Proven track record of delivering results.
  • Ability to travel.

Skills/Competencies:

  • Strong Corporate Real Estate operations experience
    • Proven track record in understanding and implementing administrative principles and practices that drive a Center of Excellence, including goal setting, program development, implementation, budget development, administrative practices, and organizational and management practices as applied to the analysis and evaluation of projects, programs, policies, procedures, operational needs and performance management
    • Ability to drive operations and activities including the development of programs and resources in support of emerging industry and workforce trends
  • Strong leadership skills
    • Strong leadership skills in addressing and resolving service issues with all Broadridge executives, and non- executives.
    • Strong abilities to see opportunities for improvement and have the tenacity and diplomacy to drive change.
    • Self-directed with ability to operate effectively in an unstructured environment
    • Ability to foster teamwork and organizational development
