You are: 

SAP - On-Site Support (OSS) 

Responsibilities include:

• SAP On-Site Support (OSS) personnel will be positioned at selected Hub locations for 120 days post wave Go-Live.
• Geographically position support personnel to provide the most value to the deployed to community.
• OSS personnel will troubleshoot user issues to include conducting ad-hoc training], track, research, and escalate trouble tickets to support the successful deployment.
• Assist OSS customers using the DoD ERP to resolve issues related to knowledge of the process, incorrect master data, or systemic problems.
• Administer refresher training on all key business process areas to end-user personnel.
• Provide support in the form of official documentation and resources to complete DoD ERP General Funds related business operations in the areas of Cost Management, Financials, Funds Management, Reimbursable, and Spending Chain.
• Provide and resolve business user issues and concerns via regular conference calls with Deployment Team and Parent Financial Management Organization
• This role will require being onsite for 120 days at Ramstein AB – Ramstein, Germany

 Here's what you need:

• 3+ Years overall IT experience in (Functional or Business Analysis) or user training
• 2+ Years Sap experience prior DoD ERP General Funds experience to include one or more of the following: Cost Management, Financials, Funds Management, Reimbursable and Spending Chain.

• Security clearance: Clearable up to Secret

Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, New York, or Washington State as set forth below and information on benefits offered is here.   

Role Location: Range of Starting Pay for role: 

California: $82,400- $154800

Colorado: $82,400- $133,700

New York: $76,300- $154,800

Washington State: $88,800- $142,300
