Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Software Development Manager to lead our B2B backend core
service team to support all B2B e-commerce use cases. This is a remote role to lead
and manage high-visibility, complex projects with large-scale and high-impact systems.

Responsibilities of the Software Development Manager will include:

• Build a high-performance team and help create a mission-driven culture
• Manage performance and growth for high-performing team members
• Plan and track day-to-day activities for developers in the team
• Delivering new features, fixing defects, and improving the existing codebase
• Mentoring team members and modeling best coding practices
• Contribute towards architecture and design decisions.
• Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
• Working closely with other Developers, Product Managers, Designers, Testers and
• Business Stakeholders to understand and gather requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, multimedia integration, or other relevant
• training
• 8+ years of work experience in software development
• Proficient understanding of the following:
• Microservices architecture
• Modern programming languages like Golang, Python or NodeJS
• Modern databases and storage systems
• Containerized deployments using docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with cloud environments – AWS or GCP
• Code versioning tools, such as Git
• Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
• Knowledge of GraphQL and REST APIs
• Extensive knowledge of designing and developing scalable and reliable systems
• Desire to deliver work in a fast-paced agile environment
