Position Overview:
We’re looking for a Software Development Manager to lead our B2B backend core
service team to support all B2B e-commerce use cases. This is a remote role to lead
and manage high-visibility, complex projects with large-scale and high-impact systems.

Responsibilities of the Software Development Manager will include:
- Build a high-performance team and help create a mission-driven culture
- Manage performance and growth for high-performing team members
- Plan and track day-to-day activities for developers in the team
- Delivering new features, fixing defects, and improving the existing codebase
- Mentoring team members and modeling best coding practices
- Contribute towards architecture and design decisions.
- Optimize application for maximum speed and scalability.
- Working closely with other Developers, Product Managers, Designers, Testers and
- Business Stakeholders to understand and gather requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in software engineering, multimedia integration, or other relevant
- training
- 8+ years of work experience in software development
- Proficient understanding of the following:
- Microservices architecture
- Modern programming languages like Golang, Python or NodeJS
- Modern databases and storage systems
- Containerized deployments using docker and Kubernetes
- Experience with cloud environments – AWS or GCP
- Code versioning tools, such as Git
- Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests
- Knowledge of GraphQL and REST APIs
- Extensive knowledge of designing and developing scalable and reliable systems
- Desire to deliver work in a fast-paced agile environment
