Overview of the internships
We have multiple Sales & Distribution internship opportunities available. By applying to this posting, you will be considered for all internship opportunities within this area. These internships will be located in the LA area. The selected interns will be expected to join us in the office on a regular cadence based on the intern manager’s in office schedule.
This could include, but is not limited to:
Transactional Sales Intern: LA - Spring 2025
Sales Planning & Strategies Intern: LA - Spring 2025
Alternative Content Sales & Distribution Intern: LA - Spring 2025
Your Role Accountabilities
Duties could include:
Enter and validate booking/rights data across multiple systems
Conduct data analysis and forecasts
Correspond with domestic exhibitors and internal licensees
Create templates and solutions for reporting needs
Perform user testing on system upgrades and enhancements
Qualifications & Experience
Essentials needed for the positions that are similar across the above roles (these do not all have to apply to every single role)
Proficient in all Microsoft Office programs (Excel preferred)
Knowledge of/strong interest in the film industry with familiarity of IMDB and Trade Publications (e.g.: Deadline, Variety, Hollywood Reporter)
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Must be actively enrolled in an accredited college or university degree program for the full duration of the internship (proof of enrollment required)
Must be a rising Junior or Senior Undergrad Student (18 years or older)
Must be in academic good standing (3.0 or above cumulative GPA). A transcript will be required to verify your GPA if an offer is extended.
