Ensuring Chart’s Success…

What Your Day-to-Day Activities Will Be…

• Produce name plates for all final product using laser engraving machine and other equipment
• Verify name plate documentation using internal systems (JDE)
• Verify material test reports and enter in internal system (JDE & Master Control)
• Process area scrap material as needed
• Assist document control
  • Perform administrative updates and maintenance to Quality Management documentation as required
  • Prepare document packages (customer documents, bill of sale)
  • Order entry/maintenance in shop floor system (Aegis)
  • Complete work order paperwork not located in shop floor system (Aegis)
  • Assist with receiving of material as needed

Your Education Should Be…

• High school diploma or GED

Your Physical Work Environment Will Require…

PHYSICAL DEMANDS:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk and sit.  Frequently uses hands to handle or feel objects, tools or controls and reach with hands and arms.  Occasionally required to stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl.  Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.  Specific vision abilities required include close vision, color evaluations and the ability to adjust focus. 

 

WORK ENVIRONMENT:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles. Moderate to loud noise level in the work environment

Your Professional Experience Should Be…

Required

• Proficient with MS Office
• Strong attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

 

Preferred

• General knowledge of ISO procedures
• JD Edwards Experience
• 1+years manufacturing experience
• Experience reading BOMS/blueprints

• Knowledge or experience working with Chart products
