What You'll Do

Our Data Center Operations team is a critical part of our infrastructure, ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our data centers. We work together to maintain a world-class environment for our hardware and data. We are a hands-on, collaborative team that thrives on solving challenges and continuously improving our processes.

About the role:

This apprenticeship is a launching pad for a career in information technology. You'll spend your days learning from experienced technicians, assisting with tasks like hardware installation, and ensuring all safety and security protocols are followed. You'll be a key part of the team, helping us maintain a seamless and secure environment while developing your skills from the ground up.

Who You Are

• Must be able to pass a comprehensive background check.
• Must have basic computer literacy and a foundational familiarity with hardware components.
• Must have the ability to lift up to 50lbs and work in a physically active environment.
• Must have the willingness to work different schedules, which could include nights and weekends.
• Must be able to follow detailed instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

The base pay for this position is $25/hour. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location, and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This position is not eligible for discretionary bonus, equity, or a comprehensive benefits package.
