Please note: This role is seasonal, running from April through October, depending on weather conditions. But rest assured, the excitement and camaraderie on the course will last all year long!

Skills and experience you will bring to us As a Pro Shop Attendant:

• Capacity to greet guests/golfers as they arrive in the pro shop/ clubhouse, check them in, take payment, routinely inspect all guest areas, and open and close the pro shop.
• Proficiency in accurately booking tee times and lessons over the phone; handles all guest inquiries.
• Ability to maintain a strong knowledge of pro shop merchandise and assist with inventory, restocking, and designing golf displays.
• Capability to communicate effectively with Teaching/ Professional staff, Player Assistants, and Golf Services Attendants to help ensure all guest needs are met. 

 

Your knowledge that matters most for this role:

• Excellent guest service skills.
• Some knowledge of golf is preferred.
