Director, Digital Capability
The Digital Capability Director is a key member of the Management Systems team that is empowered to lead and support efforts to digitize and transform our NAOU Supply Chain systems and processes. The Digital Capability Manager will work collaboratively with cross functional business partners across our NAOU supply chain to understand their business needs and identify digitization opportunities and help to deliver those opportunities with the support of our Platform Services (IT) team. This role will manage a portfolio of digital project initiatives both internal to our Management Systems team and broadly across the NAOU supply chain and will be accountable to ensuring value realization of projects identified by defining and tracking KPI’s to capture value realization for each digital initiative.
What You’ll Do for Us
- Lead digital technology projects delivering streamlined, digitized, and improved business processes and tools
- Lead the conversion of existing systems utilization KPI reporting to enable actionable insights for our business leaders on supply chain co-man system execution and process compliance.
- Lead the digitization of co-manufacturing onboarding including systems the implementation of digital process and systems training to improve data visibility and inventory accuracy.
- Lead the digitization of supply chain network intake process (new plants, distribution centers, etc) to enable ease of visibility to projects requests, delivery timelines and status
- Support NAOU Supply Chain functional leaders’ digitization efforts to ensure solutions meet business needs by understanding their requirements, procedures, and eliminate any blockers to automation and/or improvement of existing process and systems
- Monitor technology trends, best practices, and external benchmarking to improve our processes and systems with a focus on simplification, standardization, and automation.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in IT/IS or business
- 8+ years of work experience with practical knowledge in supply chain, operations, and process improvement
- Demonstrated ability to solve complex problems, designing solutions and getting work done through others
- Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills to engage with stakeholders ensuring strategic alignment on project objectives and outcomes
- Knowledge of digital tools: visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau), automation tools (Power Automate, Blue Prism), and ERP tools (SAP, Oracle).

$159,300 - $184,700Base pay offered may vary depending on geography, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position, is offered.
