• Responsible for the repair & overhaul of field & waste equipment, such as bean pickers, tractors, dump carts, waste spreaders, etc
• Solid understanding of hydraulics, electrical & engine repairs.
• Basic welding & cutting skills.
• Responsible for training/supervising field operations and crew to achieve efficiency in snap bean harvest to maximize crop recovery.
• Must have your own tools or willing to purchase.
• OT mandatory during Production Period (July – November)
• Must exhibit a strong commitment to Safety & Teamwork.
