Department Overview

New reporting standards and exponentially increasing data are making reporting even more complex. PremierOne Records simplifies reporting, streamlines data management, and helps quickly build and close cases.  The PremierOne Records development team develops and maintains highly available on prem records keeping solutions for large agencies across the United States and the world.


Job Description

Analyzes, develops, designs, and maintains software for the organization’s products and systems. Performs system integration of software and hardware to maintain throughput and program consistency. Develops, validates, and tests: structures and user documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proficiency in C# programming language, including object-oriented programming principles.

  • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies (e.g., Agile).

  • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

  • Familiarity with common data structures and algorithms.

  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

  • Strong teamwork and communication skills.

  • Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new technologies.

Preferred Skills & Experience:

  • Experience with relevant frameworks (.NET Framework, .NET, ASP.NET etc.)

  • Experience with databases (e.g., SQL Server)

  • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS, GCP)

  • Contributions to personal projects or open-source projects showcasing C# skills.

  • Familiarity with testing methodologies and frameworks.

Basic Requirements

Must be pursuing a Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field and graduating December 1st, 2025, or later.

Must be a US Citizen, permanent resident, or an MS student with work authorization (F1 Visa on CPT accepted only for masters-level students).
