Assembly Test Operator III

Use assembly prints and work instructions to perform basic assembly of regulators kits and sub-assemblies. Use test sheets to test regulators up to 15,000 psi and test product applying the tools required.  
 

In this Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

• Ability to train all employees on Assembly Test Operator I & II products.
• Assemble product using work instructions and assembly prints.
• Use all forms NCMR, Hour by Hour sheets, and Test data collection to record vital production data.
• Bag product for shipment.
• Perform helium test as the need arises.
• Inspect product to meet quality standards.
• Seeks and recommends ways to eliminate potential quality problems.
• Good communication with department Lead and Manager.
• Meet or exceed any production goals every single day.
• Ability to diagnose and repair any product that does not meet assembly or test criteria.
• Ability to follow all CCL requirements.
• Participate in Kaizen and 5S events in the production area.
• Understands the workflow of the area in order to move the products in a continuous fashion, while maintaining the quality of the product and being productive in order to enforce to required ship dates.
   

For This Role, You Will Need:

• Completion of Assembly Test Operator I & II training.
• High school diploma/GED.
• Physical ability to lift, carry or maneuver up to 40 pounds.
• Ability to torque up to 150 ft/lbs.
• Physical ability to stand up to 10 hours a day.
• Proven track record to Read blueprints and written work instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally or written optimally with co-workers.
