Sales Support Rep (Temporary until Jan 16, 2026), 40hrs/week, Remote

FlexStaff is excited to offer a temporary opportunity for a Sales Support Rep to support our esteemed Client, a leading global distributor of healthcare products and services. This is a fully remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home.

Schedule:
•    Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
•    Temporary assignment until January 16, 2026

What You'll Do:
Assist in a range of sales related activities to close loans for customer's that finance equipment.

Your responsibilities will include:
•    Monitor projected loan closures for the month via Salesforce dashboard with estimated close dates for revenue projection. 
•    Generate invoice in the equipment system for orders that are delivered and installed. 
•    Prepares proforma invoices for specific transactions that involve promotional financing.  This includes updating the invoice copy and system for correct loan buy down calculation.
•    Submits invoices and proforma invoices to lending partner, update Salesforce and main database.
•    Assist in monitoring customer accounts for proper cash application.

Who You Are:
The ideal candidate will possess:
•    Three (3) or more years of related experience. 
•    Proficiency in relevant programs including Salesforce.com and Adobe Acrobat
