Essential Job Functions:
•  Lead and guide a team of solution architects in delivering architectural solutions that meet project requirements and align with organizational standards.
•  Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure architecture projects are executed efficiently and in line with architectural guidelines.
•  Participate in the development and implementation of architectural strategies and standards.
•  Provide technical guidance and mentorship to architects, fostering their professional growth.
•  Evaluate and recommend technology solutions that enhance efficiency and align with business objectives.
•  Participate in the resolution of complex architectural issues and roadblocks.
•  Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the team.
•  Ensure clear communication and alignment with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:
•  Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience
•  Typically, 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role years of experience in technology, including technical leadership roles
•  Strong problem-solving and project management skills
•  Effective communication and team leadership skills
•  Proven experience in leading cross-functional teams
•  Demonstrated success in implementing cloud solutions in an enterprise environment
•  Continuous learner that stays abreast with industry and technology

Other Qualifications:
•  Advanced degree in a relevant field a plus
•  Relevant certifications (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect)

Compensation at DXC is influenced by an array of factors, including but not limited to the experience, job-related knowledge, skills, competencies, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. A reasonable estimate of the current compensation range for this position is $125,600 - $233,200.
